AlRabat Properties, the developer of multiple flagships commercial and lifestyle destinations in New Cairo, is executing a vibrant new strategy designed to position its destinations as a social heartbeat of New Cairo. We are seeking a highly connected and strategic Events & Communications Executive. This role will serve as the primary liaison bridging our internal vision with external partners, media outlets, influencers, and our tenant brands. The ideal candidate will be the driving force behind our community-centric activations, ensuring seamless communication and execution of high-end, culturally relevant events.Key Responsibilities:Brand & Tenant Synergies: Act as the main point of contact for tenants to integrate them into mall-wide campaigns. Negotiate and secure exclusive collaborations, such as securing limited-edition offers "Loyalty Program".PR & Media Management: Oversee external PR & Media channels to ensure consistent, high-quality press coverage for our destination’s exclusive pop-ups, seasonal festivals, and community initiatives.Pop-Ups Outreach: Identify, communicate, and negotiate with local artisans, and innovative retail concepts to participate in our curated pop-ups.Activation Management: Plan and execute an activation calendar and work closely with internal operations teams and production houses to ensure the smooth on-ground execution of complex activations, including live art workshops, family days, and fashion pop-ups.Influencer & Creator Relations: Build and manage relationships with a curated network of local lifestyle creators, art influencers, and family-focused content creators. Coordinate their involvement in our destination's events, ensuring authentic, premium content creation that aligns with our brand values.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.Proven track record (3+ years) in events, PR, community management, or partnership marketing, preferably within the luxury retail, lifestyle, or commercial real estate sectors.An established, active network of media contacts and lifestyle influencers within Egypt, particularly in the New Cairo area.Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, capable of managing diverse stakeholders ranging from premium fashion designers to local charity organizers.Experience in Commercial Real Estate is a must "Malls".A deep understanding of brand positioning and the ability to maintain a premium, sophisticated tone across all communications.
