The role manages campaigns end-to-end, leads video marketing initiatives, and supports brand visibility through events and exhibitions.As a Marketing Communication Specialist, you will: Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.Coordinate with content and design teams to develop engaging marketing materials.Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.Support the planning and execution of events, activations, workshops, and exhibitions.Coordinate branding materials, giveaways, and on-ground marketing activities.Build relationships with external vendors, partners, universities, and corporate entities.Assist in organizing sponsorships and partnership opportunities.Ensure smooth execution of offline campaigns aligned with brand guidelines.Coordinate with sales, partnerships, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.Maintain marketing calendars and campaign timelines.Support budget tracking and marketing operations tasks when needed.The ideal candidate will have:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.2+ years of experience in marketing, including both online and offline activities.Good understanding of digital marketing channels and performance marketing concepts.Experience with social media management and paid advertising platforms.Strong communication and project coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.Experience in the EdTech industry is a strong advantage.Preferred Skills: Analytical mindset with attention to detail.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Strong presentation and communication skills.Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.Passion for learning, education, and digital transformation.
