Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator / Media Buyer to manage the daily social media workflow for an international content and marketing project.The role includes coordinating the video editor and the language-specific social media managers, organizing the weekly content schedule and making sure that all content is published correctly across multiple social channels.The Coordinator will track tasks, deadlines, uploads, links, captions, subtitles, stories and performance numbers. The person will also monitor which videos and posts perform well and decide, together with the team, which content should be promoted with paid budget.The role includes managing small paid campaigns, boosting selected videos, tracking results and making sure that the marketing budget is used efficiently. The Coordinator should be able to compare performance across channels, languages and team members and report clearly what is working and what needs to be improved.The goal is to keep the entire content and social media system organized, efficient and measurable. Experience in social media coordination, content operations or digital marketingBasic experience with paid social campaigns and boosting posts/videosGood understanding of multiple social channels and willingness to learn new tools and platformsAbility to coordinate freelancers and remote team membersStrong organizational skills and reliable follow-upAbility to work with weekly content plans, task lists and performance reportsGood understanding of views, engagement, clicks, follower growth and paid campaign resultsAbility to recognize strong hooks, good video performance and high-potential contentGood communication skills in EnglishExperience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets, project management tools, WhatsApp, Telegram, Live Chat or similar is a plusReliable, structured and able to keep a fast-moving team organized
