This role will work closely with senior marketing leadership and brand teams to execute high-performing campaigns, manage content calendars, and support social media, influencer initiatives, and operational workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing & Campaign ExecutionWrite, design, and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with each brand’s tone, objectives, and promotional calendarBuild responsive email templates optimized for desktop and mobileManage segmentation and personalization strategies to improve engagement metricsTrack and analyze campaign performance, reporting on KPIs and optimizing future campaignsEnsure compliance with email regulations and deliverability best practicesMaintain and update the email content calendar in collaboration with Brand ManagersContent & Brand CoordinationCollaborate with brand teams and designers to ensure consistent brand voice and visual identityDesign campaign graphics using Canva and Adobe SuiteStay updated on email marketing trends, platform updates, and best practicesCommunity Management & Social MediaManage day-to-day engagement across social media platformsRespond to DMs, comments, and community inquiries while maintaining a consistent brand voiceInfluencer & UGC CoordinationIdentify and reach out to UGC creators and micro-influencersManage onboarding, contracting, and coordination for content partnershipsSupport whitelisting setup where neededMarketing Operations & SupportSupport campaign execution and brand initiatives alongside marketing leadershipCoordinate product sample orders for influencer and campaign useAssist with photo shoot planning, including schedules and coordinationManage calendars, timelines, and administrative tasks to support team workflowsQualificationsExperience3–4 years of experience in marketing, ideally within a DTC environmentAt least 2 years of hands-on email marketing experienceExperience in social media, influencer marketing, or communications preferredExperience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teamsSkillsStrong copywriting and visual design skillsProficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and PhotoshopStrong experience with Klaviyo, including campaign execution, segmentation, and automationFamiliarity with HTML/CSS for email formattingUnderstanding of email marketing best practices, lifecycle marketing, and deliverabilityFamiliarity with social media platforms and tools (Instagram, TikTok, Meta Business Suite, influencer tools)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyData-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize strategyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented, proactive, and collaborativeOpportunityThis is an opportunity to join a fast-growing DTC platform where you will gain hands-on experience across multiple brands and marketing channels.
