Responsibilities: Develop a marketing plan that ensures achieving the organization’s objectives.Design an advertising plan to communicate the company’s projects and its unique selling points.Create a marketing communication plan that covers all relevant marketing media & channels (ex. Outdoor, online, exhibitions & events, radio, etc.).Identify new communication opportunities and implement them by employing print, design, PR, media and advertising agencies in translating brand marketing objectives into creative communication material.Secure that the profitability of the mall is not affected by any marketing or any other department’s business decisions.Researches and analyses a variety of marketing information, including market trends, pricing schedules, competitor offerings.Develops new marketing strategies and campaigns based on a detailed analysis of market forces.Identifies the appropriate media channels where each product or service’s marketing materials can be delivered to the public.Assume other duties as assigned by his direct manager. In depth identification of consumer drivers of performance (for growth and decline) and leads delivery of the action plan.Develops and maintains effective partner relationship with agencies.Sets clear tasks to the agencies and monitors performance.Evaluates agencies proposals, gives clear, written feedback after each presentation.Control and participates in the budgeting process to assist with effective planning.Assist with integrated plan development and leads delivery of assigned projects with Trade Marketing, Sales to ensure fully interpreted programs to the targeted customers.Timely and regularly forwards plans and achievements of the marketing objectives and assist in detailing all Own paid media strategy across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms, optimizing for CPI and CAC within the Egyptian market.Track the full user journey using Google Analytics and attribution tools, from first touch to registration and activation.Implement SEO and ASO strategies to capture high-intent local Arabic and English search traffic.Continuously test, learn, and optimize creatives, channels, and landing experiences.Manage end-to-end social media strategy, ensuring content is locally relevant, culturally sensitive, and trend-driven.Lead influencer partnerships, identifying and managing Egypt-based creators across tech, lifestyle, and mass-market segments.QualificationsProficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify trends, target audiences, and growth opportunitiesStrong skills in Marketing and Marketing Management to develop and implement strategic campaigns08-12 years of marketing experience At least 3 years experience as Head Of Marketing in Malls Experience in Sales and integration of sales strategies with marketing initiativesExceptional leadership and team management capabilitiesProven track record of driving business growth and achieving goalsExcellent communication, organizational, and analytical skillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plusFamiliarity with the real estate, retail, or mixed-use development industry is highly advantageousMust be able to work on-site in Egypt and demonstrate proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
