Marketing Engineer

1. Market Development & Business ExpansionPromote the company’s façade systems (Curtain Wall, Windows & Doors, Cladding systems) to consultants, architects, developers, and contractors.Identify new project opportunities and potential clients in the construction market.Maintain a database of ongoing and upcoming projects.Support business development activities to secure new façade projects.2. Technical Marketing & Client SupportProvide technical presentations and product introductions to consultants and clients.Prepare technical proposals, system specifications, and marketing materials.Assist consultants during the specification stage to ensure the company’s systems are included in project specifications.Provide preliminary technical solutions for façade design and system selection.3. Tender & Proposal SupportSupport the tendering process by preparing technical documentation and proposal packages.Coordinate with the engineering and estimation departments to ensure accurate technical submissions.Assist in preparing project presentations and commercial proposals.4. Market Research & Competitor AnalysisConduct market research to monitor competitors, pricing trends, and façade technologies.Collect and analyze market intelligence to support company strategy.Provide feedback to management regarding market demands and product improvements.5. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, developers, and contractors.Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.Maintain regular communication with existing clients to generate repeat business.  Good knowledge of façade systems such as curtain wall, window wall, cladding, and glazing systems.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to prepare technical proposals and marketing materials.Proficiency in MS Office and can read AutoCAD.
