Marketing Executive

Role Overview Fixed Solutions is seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to support and execute the company and company’s products marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate will play a key role in conducting market research, developing marketing plans, organizing and managing marketing activities, and executing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project coordination, content creation, and digital marketing expertise, making it ideal for a marketing professional looking to build a strong career in the technology sector. Key Responsibilities : Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, market opportunities, and competitor activities. Analyze market data and campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Support the development and execution of marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns aligned with business objectives. Plan, organize, coordinate, and execute marketing activities across digital and traditional channels. Manage and optimize social media platforms, including content planning, publishing, audience engagement, and community management. Execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, search engines, and online advertising platforms. Create, coordinate, and manage marketing content for websites, social media, presentations, brochures, case studies, and promotional materials. Support website content updates, SEO initiatives, and online visibility improvement efforts. Develop and maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and activity plans to ensure timely execution. Track, measure, and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools. Manage CRM systems and execute lead nurturing, email marketing, and marketing automation activities. Collaborate with sales, business development, technical teams, and management to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, media partners, and suppliers to deliver marketing projects effectively. Support the planning, promotion, and execution of exhibitions, conferences, webinars, workshops, and corporate events. Contribute to lead generation initiatives and assist in tracking marketing-generated opportunities. Ensure brand consistency and compliance with corporate branding and communication guidelines across all marketing channels and materials. Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve marketing performance.  Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or marketing communications. Solid understanding of marketing principles, campaign planning, and execution. Experience with digital marketing platforms, social media management, email marketing, and CRM systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and performance metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar platforms. Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B marketing, technology, software, IT services, or digital solutions industries. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, marketing automation, and lead generation strategies. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
