Job Title: Marketing Manager – ExhibitionsReports To: Head of Marketing / DirectorJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in exhibitions and events to lead marketing initiatives for our shows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving visitor attendance, exhibitor participation, and brand visibility through strategic and creative marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing strategies for exhibitions, trade shows, and eventsPlan and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, email, PR, and offline marketing)Drive visitor acquisition and exhibitor lead generationCoordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue targetsManage event branding, positioning, and promotional activitiesWork with media partners, agencies, and sponsors for event promotionOversee content creation including brochures, websites, emailers, and social media campaignsAnalyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on ROI and KPIsManage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective executionCoordinate on-site branding, signage, and promotional activities during eventsConduct market research and competitor analysis within the exhibition industryRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)5–8 years of marketing experience, with proven experience in exhibitions/events industryStrong understanding of B2B marketing and event promotion strategiesExperience in driving attendance and exhibitor acquisitionKnowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing automationExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesDetails:Location: Heliopolis Cairo.Days Off: Sat, SunSocial & Medical Insurance.Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.If you are interested or could recommend someone, kindly send your CV to:salma.shalaby@strategic.ae
