Kleer is building an AI-powered financial management app that helps people understand, manage, and optimize their money across any bank, anywhere.We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Specialist to help us grow our presence across social media, paid campaigns, and performance channels.This is a part-time, fully remote role with a monthly salary of 15,000 EGP.What you’ll do:Manage Kleer’s content calendar across:InstagramFacebookTikTokXLinkedInWork closely with designers to plan, brief, and publish engaging content.Own day-to-day social media execution, including captions, posting, scheduling, and community engagement.Plan and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant channels.Track campaign performance, report on results, and suggest improvements based on data.Test different creatives, audiences, hooks, and formats to improve reach, engagement, app visits, and conversions.What we’re looking for:Experience managing social media pages for startups, apps, fintech, consumer brands, or digital products.Comfortable working with designers and translating ideas into clear creative briefs.Hands-on experience running or managing paid campaigns across social media platforms.Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, engagement rate, and conversion rate.Good copywriting skills in English.
