CaliforniaThis is a fully remote position supporting marketing initiatives across California and national/international campaigns.Position OverviewThe Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and executing GigaKOM’s overall marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, lead generation, partner marketing, and digital engagement.This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role that works closely with Sales, Leadership, and Technology Partners to position GigaKOM in the market, generate pipeline, and support revenue growth.The ideal candidate combines strategic marketing vision with marketing strategy aligned with company growth goalsDefine brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiativesIdentify new marketing channels, campaigns, and growth opportunitiesEstablish KPIs and measure marketing performance and ROIDemand Generation & Campaign ManagementDesign and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leadsManage email marketing, digital campaigns, and content distributionBuild and optimize marketing funnels aligned with sales objectivesTrack, analyze, and report on campaign performance and conversion metricsPartner & Vendor MarketingCollaborate with technology partners (Cisco, HPE Aruba, cybersecurity vendors, etc.) on joint campaignsDevelop and manage co-marketing initiatives and MDF-driven programsBuild long-term partner marketing of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology or IT servicesStrong experience with digital marketing, campaign management, and lead generationProficiency with marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms)Experience managing social media and digital content strategiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently in a
