Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing.Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior, managerial, or leadership marketing role.Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and outsourced creative teams.Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand management.Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.Experience using CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and social media management tools.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimize performance.Experience tracking KPIs, measuring campaign effectiveness, and reporting on marketing ROI.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and deadlines simultaneously.Experience in Automotive, Vehicle Import & Export, Automotive Distribution, Mobility Services, Luxury Consumer Products, or B2B Trading industries is preferred.Knowledge of automotive customer journeys, vehicle purchasing behavior, and dealership/importer marketing models is a strong advantage.Professional certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Media Buying, HubSpot Marketing, PMP, or CAPM are considered a plus.Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
