The Marketing Lead is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives that generate leads, increase brand visibility, and support business growth across the company's consulting, training, and assessment services. This role serves as a key individual contributor with deep expertise in one or more marketing disciplines, delivering high-quality work while providing guidance to junior team members.Campaign Planning and ExecutionDevelop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.Create campaign briefs, timelines, and coordinate deliverables across team members and vendors.Manage end-to-end campaign delivery including content creation, distribution, and performance tracking.Optimize campaigns based on data insights and market feedback.Digital Marketing & AnalyticsPlan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.Oversee content marketing including thought leadership, case studies, and white papers.Manage social media strategy and presence across all platforms.Coordinate event marketing including conferences, webinars, and workshops.Support website content updates, SEO optimization, and landing page creation.Manage paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant platforms.Coordinate with subject matter experts to produce technical and industry-specific content.Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging standards.Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics across all channels.Analyze campaign results and provide actionable recommendations.Maintain marketing dashboards and regular reporting cadence.Team LeadershipManage, mentor, and develop marketing team members.Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor team performance.Conduct performance reviews and support professional development.Coordinate with regional marketing resources across country office. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field5–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in consulting or service-based industriesStrong experience in digital marketing, social media, and lead generationProven ability to plan and execute integrated marketing campaignsExperience with content creation and brand managementGood knowledge of marketing analytics, reporting, and performance trackingFamiliarity with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google, LinkedIn) and SEO basicsLeadership experience with the ability to manage and develop team membersExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
