Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead all marketing efforts at NEAT Developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for building the company brand presence from the ground up, developing comprehensive marketing strategies, and driving lead generation for our real estate projects. This position is based full-time at our head office in 6th of October City.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with NEAT Developments business objectives and project pipeline.Build and manage the company brand identity, including visual guidelines, tone of voice, and market positioning.Oversee all digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, print, and outdoor advertising.Lead the planning and execution of property launch campaigns and project-specific marketing initiatives.Manage and mentor the marketing team, including Senior Marketing Specialists and external agencies.Establish partnerships with media outlets, agencies, and real estate portals to maximize reach and visibility.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to continuously refine strategies.Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI to senior management. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is preferred.Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in the real estate or property development sector.Proven track record of successfully launching real estate projects and managing multi-channel campaigns.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Deep understanding of the Egyptian real estate market and consumer behavior.Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
