We serve real estate investors - people developing new homes, buying and improving homes, looking for rental properties and other types of real estate operators. The RoleWe're looking for a Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of our marketing function and run with it. This is not a coordinator role, we need someone who can think strategically, execute independently, and consistently put us in front of real estate investors.You'll manage our social media presence, build and run email drip campaigns, and develop content that speaks directly to our audience. The CEO is stepping back from day-to-day marketing, so this person needs to be self-directed and comfortable owning results.What You'll OwnManage and grow FAI's presence on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, both organic and paidBuild, manage, and optimize email drip campaigns to nurture prospects and stay top-of-mind with active leadsDevelop a consistent content calendar that speaks to real estate investors (fix-and-flip, new construction, bridge scenarios)Create or coordinate content: short-form posts, deal highlights, educational content, and market commentaryTrack and report on key metrics: engagement, open rates, lead quality, and campaign performanceIdentify new channels and opportunities to reach real estate investorsCoordinate with leadership on messaging, deal flow updates, and company announcements What We're Looking For3–7 years of experience in marketing, ideally in financial services, real estate, or B2BHands-on experience with email marketing platformsSolid grasp of Meta Business Suite, organic and paidLinkedIn content strategy experience, particularly for B2B or professional audiencesStrong copywriting skills, you can write like a person, not a press releaseComfortable working independently in a lean, fast-moving environmentAbility to pick up industry terminology quickly.
