Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and build our Marketing Department from scratch.The role will be responsible for launching and scaling two digital products in the Egyptian market:A Real Estate mobile applicationa shipping aggregator platform for e-commerce stores and online sellers.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, hands-on experience, and a growth-driven mindset.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing strategies for both products.Lead go-to-market planning and product launches.Manage performance marketing campaigns and optimize ROI.Build and manage the marketing team and external vendors.Define and track KPIs (Leads, CAC, Conversion, Retention).Collaborate with product and sales teams to align business and marketing goals.Oversee brand positioning, content strategy, and communication.
