Job Purpose:Responsible for leading the end-to-end marketing function, driving strategic direction, maintaining implementation excellence to elevate SUTech’s brand positioning, maximizing yielded student acquisition and delivering related business outcomes.Main Tasks and Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Marketing Planning:Leads the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with targets.Translates business objectives into actionable marketing plans with clear KPIs, ensuring consistent alignment across all channels and campaigns.Establishes overall marketing ROI and optimize budget allocation and control.Execution Excellence & Campaign Management:Leads the implementation of multi-channel campaigns (digital, PR, on-ground activations), ensuring timely delivery and performance optimization.Leads and adjusts media buying strategy resulting in higher conversion rates and improved cost efficiency.Brand, Content & Communications Management:Oversees full campaign lifecycle management from ideation and briefing to execution, tracking, and post-campaign analysis.Directs the development of a cohesive brand voice and messaging strategy across all platforms, strengthening SUTech’s market positioning.Supervises content strategy and execution across social media, ensuring consistent engagement growth and audience relevance.Leads PR initiatives, secures media coverage and maximizes visibility through strategic timing and content rollout.Digital Transformation & Performance Optimisation:Oversees the timely update of the SUTech’s website with marketing themes, and content.Implements conversion tracking mechanisms (applications, inquiries, downloads), providing clear visibility on funnel performance.Continuously optimizes user experience (UX) and call-to-action strategies, leading to improved conversion rates.Partnerships & Events:Manages strategic partnerships with educational institutions and commercial brands, enhancing brand credibility and outreach.Assures directed marketing for key institutional events, ensuring strong attendance, high-quality execution, and impactful post-event coverage.Leads the planning and execution of all marketing and major student recruitment events, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Develops full event strategies, including detailed rollout plans, timelines, and clearly defined KPIs (attendance, engagement, conversion). Coordinates with internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. Manages internal workflows for events end-to-end, ensuring clarity in roles, timelines, and deliverables. Oversees event promotion across all channels to maximize reach and attendance. Evaluates event performance against KPIs, and actionable insights for continuous improvement. Team Leadership & Internal Management:Develops, leads, and mentors a cross-functional marketing team.Overviews internal workflows and communication between marketing, admissions, and leadership teams.Ensures alignment with strategic objectives and consistency of quality of deliverables with external agencies (digital, PR, creative). Ensures a fair and constructive performance evaluation for all team members highlighting personal development and improvement. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration or any relevant field. Experience 9–12 years of experience in Marketing with at least 2-3 years in leadership roleExperience in educational institutes/ universities are highly preferred Skills & Competencies: High level of creativity and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and result achievement skills.Very Good level of punctuality and accountability.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Excellent level of English languageAbility to work in a dynamic, academic-calendar-driven environment
