Role ObjectiveLead and manage the marketing and sales ecosystem during critical growth phases, establishing apractical and effective system that ensures the achievement of sales targets, improves lead quality,and accelerates decision-making during the early stages of real estate projects.Scope of Work & Responsibilities- Lead and manage the marketing team (content, paid advertising, and digital campaigns).- Direct supervision of paid advertising across platforms (Meta, Google, Snapchat, and others),including performance analysis and optimization to improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).- Manage and guide the sales team, establishing daily and weekly follow-up mechanisms.- Build, activate, and monitor the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and smooth lead flow.- Define sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and track achievement consistently.- Analyze the customer journey, identify gaps in marketing and sales processes, and address thempromptly.- Improve lead quality and reduce advertising waste.- Prepare clear, periodic reports for senior management, including recommendations and requireddecisions.- Work intensively during the initial phases to establish strong foundations for the marketing andsales systems.
