Less than 4% of Egyptians have access to credit cards and can only afford to purchase products/services with cash that they have saved or are forced to borrow from hard money lenders at high interest rates. We’re changing this by enabling all consumers to instantly receive credit within minutes at their favorite merchants.Job ScopeThis role leads the creative direction behind blnk’s brand and content. You guide the content and design team with strong taste, strategic thinking, and fresh ideas that elevate the work beyond execution. You ensure the brand stays sharp and consistent across every touchpoint, spot trends early across fintech and Egyptian digital culture, and turn those insights into stronger campaigns and content. You also oversee campaign execution, internal communications, and AI-powered workflows that help the team move faster without losing originality.Key AccountabilitiesCreative Oversight & Content ElevationReview all content before publishing ;copy, visuals, format, and give sharp, specific feedback that makes it better, not just different.Develop content concepts, campaign ideas, and creative directions; hand them off clearly for the team to execute.Identify winning content patterns from performance data and translate them into repeatable playbooks for the creator and designer.Set and maintain a high creative bar: push back on generic, lazy, or off-brand work regardless of where it comes from.Stay actively plugged into what’s working across channels, competitors, and categories, bring relevant signals to the team weekly.Campaign Strategy & Execution Lead integrated campaign planning (digital + on-ground): concept, brief, timeline, asset coordination, and post-mortem.Translate business objectives into campaign hypotheses with clear success metrics before a single asset is made.Coordinate with design and sales to ensure campaigns land on time, on brand, and on message.Own the campaign calendar and keep it anchored to commercial priorities, not just content variety.Run structured experiments on formats, hooks, and channels and document what you learn and act on it.Brand Voice & ConsistencyBe the guardian of blnk’s tone of voice, visual identity, and messaging hierarchy across all external touchpoints.Develop and maintain messaging frameworks for different audiences: consumers, merchants, partners.Ensure product launches, event moments, and PR opportunities are handled with the same creative rigor as paid campaigns.Build and update brand guidelines as blnk evolves in collaboration with design and leadership.AI Championing & Team UpskillingBe the team’s most enthusiastic and hands-on AI practitioner, always testing, always learning, always sharing.Introduce new AI tools, prompting techniques, and workflows to the content creator and designer; run informal sessions to build team fluency.Use AI to accelerate ideation, briefing, repurposing, and research not to generate final copy or assets without human judgment.Document what works: build a living library of effective prompts, templates, and AI-assisted workflows for the team.Internal CommunicationsLead “Fasel wa Nowasel” and other internal engagement campaigns with the same creative energy applied to external work.Develop initiatives that build cross-team alignment, morale, and blnk culture.Supplier & Stakeholder CoordinationManage external suppliers (production houses, print vendors, giveaway partners) brief them well and hold them accountable.Act as the primary marketing interface for sales, product, and compliance on campaign deliverables.Proactively flag risks to timelines and quality; don’t escalate problems, bring solutions.Who You AreNon-NegotiablesYou have strong creative taste and the language to defend it. You know the difference.Your Arabic is strong, you can write, rewrite, and direct in Arabic at a high level. English is professional.4–7 years in brand, creative strategy, content, or marketing with a track record of elevating team output, not just your own.Strong DifferentiatorsBackground in fintech, financial services, or consumer apps.Experience giving creative direction to designers and content creators, not just doing it yourself.You’ve built something, a content system, a playbook, a brand voice guide that the team still uses after you touched it.Comfortable with data: you can read performance dashboards, form a hypothesis, and adjust direction.You’ve introduced an AI tool to a team and got adoption.
