Job Overview:We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Marketing & Onboarding Specialist to support real estate agents and clients with marketing setup, training, and brand development. This role focuses on onboarding new clients, guiding them through digital tools, and enhancing their marketing presence through effective strategies and design.Key Responsibilities:Conduct Zoom onboarding sessions with new clients and agents to set up their accounts and tools.Assist clients in setting up and optimizing social media platforms. (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)Train clients on how to effectively use social media for real estate marketing.Create visually appealing marketing materials using Canva. (posts, flyers, banners, etc.)Design and set up professional email signatures aligned with branding.Support marketing efforts by providing creative ideas and strategies to improve visibility and lead generationCollaborate with agents to align marketing efforts with their target audience and property portfolio.Ensure all branding and content remain consistent across platforms.Requirements:Proven experience in social media marketing and client onboarding.Strong Canva/design skills with a good eye for branding and aesthetics.Comfortable hosting and leading Zoom sessions.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Basic understanding of real estate or STR industry is a plus.Ability to explain technical tools in a simple, user-friendly way.Organized and able to manage multiple client onboarding sessions.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with real estate agents or property management companies.Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
