GoodsMart is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join the team and help drive performance, engagement, and customer value across multiple channels. You'll own the day-to-day execution of CRM campaigns, in-app communications, and content. Turning business priorities into customer-facing campaigns. This is an execution role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup, wears multiple hats, and isn't afraid to launch, learn, and iterate.Key Responsibilities:1.Campaign Management & Lifecycle MarketingExecute full-funnel communication campaigns: onboarding, education, retention, reactivation, in-app, push, email, SMS, LBA, and seasonal promotionsPlan and own the monthly in-app and social media communication calendars aligned with business prioritiesSet up, schedule, and launch CRM campaigns and offers.2.Content & CreativeOwn CRM content end-to-end — copywriting, briefing, and final approval across all channels.Design and manage in-app assets (banners, pop-ups, home placements) with brand consistencyManage the social media agency brief, review, approve content, and ensure on-time publishing3.Performance, Analytics & ReportingTrack and optimize performance across paid and organic campaigns using Google Analytics, Branch, and internal dashboardsMonitor marketing budgets with a focus on CAC, ROAS, and spending efficiencyGenerate actionable insights and weekly reports to inform growth decisionsRun A/B tests on copy, creative, timing, and offers to continuously improve engagement4.Stakeholder ManagementCoordinate with the agency on campaign execution, content delivery, and budget utilizationEnsure timely delivery of content, media plans, and designs across internal and external stakeholdersPartner with BD and Commercial teams to execute partners-related and category-led campaigns5.Innovation & Customer ValueExplore new marketing innovations and lead pilot projects from idea to launchOversee client gifting and CVM initiatives to deepen customer relationshipsMonitor customer feedback, social sentiment, market trends, and competitor activityPropose UX/UI, communication, and journey improvements based on data and customer signalsKPIs:CAC and marketing spend efficiency across paid and organic channelsCampaign execution accuracy Quality benchmark: zero critical content errors in live campaigns (Arabic & English)Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in fast-paced marketing environments, preferably in performance, growth, or CRM-focused roles.Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Branch, Looker Studio & in-app analytics or similar tools is a plus.Strong copywriting in both Arabic and English. Experience in managing agencies and and multi-channel campaigns.Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills.Basic design sense or experience briefing creative agencies/designers.Proficiency in using AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and execution.Execution-first mindset.Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.Customer-centric and detail-oriented.Location: Zamalek, Cairo. | Type: Full-time, On-site.
