About the RoleElassal Trading Company is seeking a marketing strategist to own brand and content direction across all our brands and lead the marketing team that brings it to life. You will set the creative and strategic vision, ensure every customer touchpoint feels premium and on brand, and partner closely with the CCO to turn strategy into measurable results.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full 360 brand and content strategy across all company brands, including positioning, messaging, and creative direction.Lead and manage the marketing team, including graphic designers and content creators, holding a consistently high creative standard.Plan and direct all brand activities, campaigns, and content across every channel and touchpoint.Shape the customer journey from a brand and content perspective, ensuring a coherent and compelling experience end to end.Use performance and funnel insights to sharpen brand and content decisions. Paid media, ad spend, and budgets are owned by the Ecommerce Manager; this role informs strategy with data but does not manage advertising spend or buying.Coordinate with sales, ecommerce, and performance functions to align brand and content with commercial goals.Qualifications4+ years of experience in brand, content, or marketing strategy, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C ecommerce.Proven experience leading creative teams and managing end to end campaign execution.Strong portfolio demonstrating premium brand building across social, digital, and offline touchpoints.Solid understanding of customer journeys, funnels, and how performance data informs creative decisions.Excellent command of Arabic and English copy and creative direction for the Egyptian market.Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working cross functionally with sales, ecommerce, and performance teams.Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is a plus.What We ExpectAdherence to company policies and operational procedures, a professional and collaborative attitude, initiative with a goal oriented mindset, and staying current on brand, content, and customer experience best practices.Growth PathThis role is the first step on a clear progression track based on demonstrated performance and expanded ownership:Marketing Strategist → Marketing Manager → Head of Marketing → VP of Marketing
