Role Description The Marketing Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, responsible for leading day-to-day marketing activities and supporting overall brand growth. This role oversees the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for retail and corporate segments, including promotions, product launches, and seasonal initiatives. The Marketing Supervisor conducts market and competitor analysis, tracks performance metrics, and uses data to optimize campaigns and product positioning. Responsibilities include coordinating with sales, product, and design teams, managing social media and digital channels in alignment with brand guidelines, and ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints. The role also involves preparing regular reports, monitoring marketing budgets, guiding junior team members, and supporting initiatives that strengthen customer relationships and corporate partnerships.QualificationsStrong market planning and campaign management skills, with experience developing and executing marketing plans and promotional calendars.Proficiency in market research and analytical skills to interpret data, assess trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting ideas, and creating clear marketing briefs and reports.Understanding of sales processes and sales enablement, with the ability to align marketing initiatives to support revenue and customer acquisition goals.Experience in retail, FMCG, or stationery/office supplies is preferred, with familiarity in both B2C and B2B marketing.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic marketing analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM or marketing automation tools).Ability to lead and mentor team members, manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
