The RoleThe Marketing Supervisor will support all Savills Egypt marketing activities, with responsibility for coordinating, executing, and supervising ongoing marketing initiatives and projects. Acting as a central point of coordination between internal business lines, clients, and external suppliers, the role requires strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills to ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives across both corporate and client accounts.The Marketing Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day activities of the Marketing Executive, ensuring the timely and effective delivery of marketing initiatives while maintaining brand consistency and supporting business objectivesKey ResponsibilitiesCorporate and Project ManagementSupport the Marketing Director in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives for Savills Egypt and its clients.Key Responsibilities IncludeCoordinate and deliver marketing campaigns, events, activations, and communication initiatives across corporate and client accountsAct as the key liaison between internal teams, clients, agencies, and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of marketing projectsManage the development and production of marketing collateral, presentations, digital content, reports, and other communication materialsEnsure all marketing activities and materials are aligned with Savills brand guidelines and quality standardsMonitor marketing budgets, project timelines, and supplier performance to ensure effective project delivery and value for moneyTrack and analyse campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activity, providing regular reports and recommendationsSupport public relations, digital marketing, social media, and employer branding initiativesBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partnersParticipate in client meetings and support the presentation of marketing plans, initiatives, and performance reportsPeople ManagementProvide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and support to the Marketing ExecutiveDelegate tasks appropriately and monitor progress to ensure deadlines and objectives are achievedSupport the professional development of the Marketing Executive through regular coaching and feedbackFoster effective collaboration across departments to support wider business objectivesSkills, Knowledge And ExperienceSound knowledge of marketing principles and the implementation of integrated marketing campaignsUnderstanding of branding, communications, digital marketing, public relations, and event managementExperience within the real estate sector is recommendedTeam supervision and coordinationDigital marketing knowledgeExperience in analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh level of interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skillsProject management skills, including critical path developmentTime management skills with the ability to deliver under tight deadline for multiple projectsEnsure cross-departmental alignmentOver 42,000 people work for us in more than 700 offices all over the world.
