Our focus lies in delivering high-quality products that align with the lifestyle needs of our valued customers while providing continuous training and development for our team.Key Responsibilities:Fully manage and operate the company’s Trendyol account.Handle additional marketplace platforms if applicable.Manage product listings catalog structure content and images.Monitor daily operations orders and coordinate with customer service & logistics teams.Manage pricing strategies promotions discounts and campaigns.Lead revenue growth and achieve significant sales uplift.Develop and execute a clear growth plan to scale sales from X to Y within a defined period.Track and analyze KPIs such as:- Conversion Rate- Traffic- Sales PerformanceOptimize product visibility and improve marketplace ranking.Prepare periodic performance reports with actionable insights.Handle returns and resolve operational challenges efficiently.Requirements:3–5 years of experience in Marketplace management.Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Trendyol (Mandatory).Strong expertise in:- Catalog management- Pricing & promotions- Campaign management- Returns handlingExperience in GCC markets (Saudi Arabia preferred).Proven track record of achieving significant sales growth.Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
