Manage the full recruitment cycle for Arabic call center positions.Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment databases.Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and communication skills.Build and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and external talent sources.Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in call center or BPO hiring.Experience recruiting for Arabic-speaking customer service or call center roles is preferred.Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
