Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Internship Recruiter role based in Giza. The Internship Recruiter will actively engage in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top internship candidates. Key responsibilities include creating and posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing candidate databases. The role also involves supporting talent acquisition strategies and fostering a positive recruitment experience for all applicants. Qualifications Proficiency in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate screeningStrong organizational and database management skillsAbility to build strong relationships and communicate effectivelyUnderstanding of recruitment strategies and hiring practicesExperience in a similar role or the recruiting field is preferredBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldProficient in video conferencing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Passion for supporting early-career talent and driving successful hiring outcomes
