Master Data Management Team Leader

Job Purpose:Lead and govern the Master Data Management function, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, completeness, and standardization of all master data domains (including material, vendor, and customer master data) across the ERP system. Establish governance frameworks, drive data quality initiatives, and act as the primary owner of master data standards across the organization.Key Responsibilities:· Define, implement, and maintain master data governance policies, standards, and workflows.· Approve and oversee the creation, modification, and deactivation of material codes and other master data records.· Identify and eliminate duplicate records; ensure data consistency and integrity across all ERP modules.· Own and maintain the material coding tool; enforce its usage across all relevant departments.· Coordinate master data activities with Planning, Procurement, Design, Finance, Production, and IT teams.· Monitor data quality KPIs and conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.· Lead, develop, and mentor MDM team members.· Support ERP system upgrades, migrations, and data cleansing projects as required.Qualification & Education:· Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or related field· Years of Experience: 4-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or Master Data Management· Strong experience with ERP systems (Preferred Oracle)
