Pinerium is seeking a creative, organized, and growth-oriented Masterclass Program Specialist to manage and coordinate professional training programs, workshops, masterclasses, and educational initiatives across Pinerium Academy.This role is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and supporting the execution of high-quality learning experiences focused on technology, business solutions, automation, digital transformation, and professional development.The ideal candidate will have strong coordination abilities, communication skills, event management capabilities, and a passion for education, training, and community engagement.Key Responsibilities Program Planning & Coordination Plan, organize, and coordinate masterclasses, workshops, bootcamps, and training programs. Manage program schedules, timelines, speaker coordination, and training logistics. Coordinate online and onsite learning sessions and ensure smooth program execution. Prepare training materials, documentation, attendance tracking, and participant records. Instructor & Speaker Management Coordinate with trainers, mentors, industry experts, and guest speakers. Support onboarding and scheduling of instructors and facilitators. Ensure speakers and trainers receive all required program details and support. Assist in maintaining strong relationships with trainers and educational partners. Participant Experience & Engagement Act as a point of contact for participants before, during, and after training programs. Support participant registration, communication, onboarding, and follow-up activities. Ensure a professional and engaging learning experience for attendees. Collect participant feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives. ? Operations & Administrative Support Maintain accurate program records, reports, certificates, and training documentation. Support coordination of venues, virtual meeting platforms, and technical requirements. Assist in managing budgets, invoices, and operational coordination when needed. Ensure all program activities align with organizational standards and procedures. Marketing & Community Coordination Coordinate with marketing teams to promote masterclasses and educational programs. Support social media, email campaigns, and community engagement initiatives. Assist in building partnerships with universities, communities, and industry organizations. Help increase program awareness, registrations, and participant engagement. Reporting & Program Improvement Track program performance, attendance, and participant engagement metrics. Prepare reports and recommendations for program enhancements. Identify opportunities to improve training quality and operational efficiency. Support the development of new learning initiatives and educational offerings. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in training coordination, event coordination, education programs, HR development, or similar roles. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to coordinate multiple programs and deadlines effectively. Strong attention to detail and operational follow-up. Familiarity with online learning platforms, webinar tools, or LMS systems is preferred. Experience in training, workshops, or event coordination is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
