Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for the position of Math Head - British Division for the new academic year 2026/2027 The role entails overseeing the mathematics curriculum, leading the mathematics department, and promoting effective instructional strategies aligned with the British educational system. Responsibilities include curriculum development, supporting and mentoring mathematics educators, maintaining high teaching standards, and fostering a positive learning environment for students. Collaboration with administration and engagement in professional development are key aspects of the role. Qualifications Strong expertise in Mathematics and Mathematics Education Qualified Teacher status with demonstrated teaching experience Experience in Curriculum Development specific to British educational standards Proven competencies in Educational Leadership and team management Ability to inspire and mentor a team of educators Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Minimum bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field; advanced degree is a plus Familiarity with the British curriculum and assessment frameworks
