ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Discipline Supervisor in assessing and shortlisting potential tutors to take final selection decisionsFacilitate a seamless onboarding process for newly hired freelance tutors to familiarize them with Nagwa’s apps and the work process• Follow up on tutors’ and freelancers’ assignments, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standardsTrack and review tutors’ and freelancers’ progress using appropriate systems and tools, and report performance updates to the Discipline SupervisorServe as a point of contact for handling and escalating technical issues related to assignments, tools, or platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to workflowEvaluate tutors' performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to ensure compliance with the required standardsCollaborate with the Discipline Supervisor to review tutors' feedback on session materials and effectively communicate it to our Content Team, facilitating continuous improvement in the content delivered to studentsSupport the Discipline Supervisor in keeping all tutors informed of any changes in policies and procedures, ensuring alignment across the tutor teamsQualifications and Work ExperienceBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Mathematics background is a must)1+ years of experience in the education field (Mathematics National Curriculum is a must)Very good command of both written and spoken EnglishExcellent organizational and interpersonal skillsThe ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritiesA strong sense of responsibilityProficiency in using office tools, especially Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, is essentialExperience dealing with scripts and technical tools is a strong plusBehavioural CompetenciesCommunication skillsProblem-solving skillsTime management skillsAnalytical skillsAttention to detail
