Job Profile:Become the regional reference point for advanced Power System Studies.In this strategic role, you will act as the Regional Subject Matter Expert and Single Point of Contact for Power System Studies, supporting both Sales and Execution teams across the Middle East and Africa region. You will help strengthen technical practices, improve execution efficiency, and ensure consistent quality in the delivery of complex studies and customer proposals.You will work closely with regional teams, global experts, Field Services, regional support platforms, and system engineering communities to structure, animate, and grow the regional Power System Studies network. Your mission will be to promote best practices, develop competencies, support complex technical discussions, and contribute directly to the success of strategic projects.Job Responsbilities:Be the regional reference for Power System Studies methodology, tools, practices, and technical topics, with a focus on ETAP software.Support Sales and Execution teams in positioning, scoping, quoting, and delivering Power System Studies.Help optimize execution efficiency by leveraging regional and global expertise networks.Align and improve pre-sales and execution processes to ensure consistency, quality, and performance.Animate the regional Power System Studies community through technical exchanges, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.Identify, qualify, and develop execution capabilities across the region.Deliver or validate complex quotations and support complex studies when required.Ensure the quality of studies and reports delivered by the different teams in the region.Act as the bridge between regional teams and global expertise team and manage escalationWhy this role matters:Power System Studies are essential to help customers design, operate, and optimize reliable, safe, and efficient electrical installations.
