The candidate will be responsible for overseeing mechanical maintenance activities and ensuring the efficient operation of production lines and equipment.Key Responsibilities:Supervise mechanical maintenance for production lines and factory equipment.Diagnose and resolve mechanical failures efficiently.Implement preventive and periodic maintenance plans.Monitor equipment performance and improve operational efficiency.Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.Experience in the food industry is required.Experience in pasta manufacturing is highly preferred.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
