Mechanical Engineer (Technical Office)

Review and study project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ (bill of quantity), RFI (Request for Information), and correspondence to ensure all project details are consideredCoordinate with other trades (architectural, MEP, structural, etc.) to ensure smooth workflowPerform technical calculations related to HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems. Conduct calculations, including load and energy analysis, and achieve necessary approvalsPerform site visits to assess the progress and quality of mechanical worksManage the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systemsPrepare as-built drawings for project recordsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering3 - 6 years of experience in the mechanical engineering field, preferably in technical office rolesStrong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems. Familiarity with local and international codes and standards. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar toolsAbility to multitask and work under pressure effectivelyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilities
