The role involves preparing detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and accurate cost estimations, conducting thorough research and analysis to support project evaluations, and collaborating with relevant teams for project planning. The Engineer will also handle negotiations with suppliers and contractors to ensure cost-effective solutions while adhering to quality and project standards.QualificationsProficiency in BOQ preparation and Project Estimation for mechanical and electromechanical worksEducational background in Mechanical Engineering, or a related fieldStrong Negotiation and collaboration skillsAbility to conduct comprehensive Research to support cost and project analysisStrong organizational and time management skills with attention to detailPrevious experience in construction estimation, particularly within the Middle East, is an advantageExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities
