Handle Maintenance contracts and negotiating best rates.Delegating assignments and supervising maintenance contactors to ensure completion and high-quality standards and adherence for the requestor expectations.Performing preventive maintenance activities on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual basis to reduce systems breakdown.Assessing system breakdowns and determining the kind of repairs that is requiredCompleting in-house system repairs when required Communicating regularly with all staff members and participating in regular meetings to coordinate schedules and assure readiness of the facility for all activities.Planning best allocation and utilization of space & resources for office buildingResponsible for Employees reallocation and building Renovations and special projectsHandling the Expat apartment’s maintenance requirements.Handling the travel arrangements for all staff (Hotel reservations, flight booking, and car rental and supplier payment process.Responsible for the comprehensive oversight of building operations, including the coordination of meeting room bookings, administrative processes, and managing essential office services such as office supply, professional cleaning, and buffet or catering arrangement.
