Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.Diagnose and repair mechanical failures in pumps, compressors, conveyors, gearboxes, motors, valves, and rotating equipment.Monitor equipment condition and implement reliability improvement initiatives.Coordinate shutdown maintenance and equipment overhauls.Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.Ensure compliance with maintenance procedures and safety regulations.Maintain maintenance documentation, spare parts records, and equipment history.Coordinate with production to minimize downtime.Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors.Support installation, alignment, commissioning, and testing of new mechanical equipment. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.1-4 years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance.Knowledge of rotating equipment, hydraulics, bearings, lubrication, and alignment techniques.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
