Job Summary:We are looking for a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing quantity take-offs, reviewing mechanical drawings, preparing BOQs, and supporting cost estimation, invoices, and variation orders for mechanical works.Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate quantity take-offs for mechanical works, including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and related MEP systems.Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.Prepare and review BOQs, cost breakdowns, and quantity surveying reports.Support in preparing subcontractor and client invoices.Review and evaluate variation orders, claims, and additional works.Coordinate with the technical office, site team, procurement, and cost control departments.Compare project quantities with approved drawings and actual site progress.Prepare material take-off sheets and support procurement requirements.Ensure all quantity surveying work is completed accurately and within the required deadlines.Maintain proper documentation for all mechanical quantity surveying activities. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.Previous experience in quantity surveying, technical office, or MEP works.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and infrastructure networks.Good understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and related quantity surveying tools.Revit/Navisworks knowledge is a plus.Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Preferred Background:Experience in construction, real estate development, or contracting companies.Previous experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects is preferred.
