Responsibilities:Develop and review comprehensive shop drawings for various mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting.Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical specifications for project tenders and procurement.Coordinate effectively with design teams, site engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.Conduct thorough technical reviews of project documents, identifying potential clashes and proposing solutions.Contribute to value engineering initiatives, optimizing designs for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.Maintain meticulous project documentation and records, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
