The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in both mobile applications and e-commerce performance marketing, with deep understanding of attribution, analytics, and growth strategies within the Saudi market.Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platformsManage performance campaigns for both mobile applications and e-commerce businessesMonitor daily campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and ROAS targetsAnalyze customer journeys, attribution models, and funnel performanceWork closely with creative and content teams to improve ad performanceTrack and report campaign results with actionable insightsManage app attribution and analytics platforms Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and scaling strategiesOptimize acquisition, retention, and conversion campaignsStay updated with market trends and platform updates in the Saudi market RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related fieldProven experience as a Media Buyer or Performance MarketeStrong experience in mobile app marketing and e-commerce campaigns Hands-on experience with MMPs such as AppsFlyer and AdjustExperience with analytical and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and similar platforms Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and data analysis Experience working in startups or fast-paced environmentsGood understanding of the Saudi market and user behaviorAbility to manage budgets and scale campaigns efficientlyStrong communication and reporting skills Arabic and English proficiency is requiredAt least 4 years of experience
