Every frame we produce reflects our commitment to creativity, consistency, and excellence.Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and beyondManage daily budget allocation and bidding strategies to maximize ROIConduct in-depth audience research and segmentation to reach the right people at the right timeMonitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to continuously improve resultsCollaborate with our creative and marketing teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messagingPerform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting strategiesGenerate detailed, easy-to-understand performance reports for stakeholdersStay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertisingEnsure all campaigns comply with platform policies and brand guidelinesRequirements:3+ years of hands-on experience in digital media buying and paid advertisingProven track record of managing successful, results-driven campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other major platformsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make confident, data-driven decisionsSolid experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking (Pixel, UTM parameters)Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, or similarExcellent communication and collaboration skills. You'll be working closely with a fast-moving creative teamAbility to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously without dropping the ballStrong organizational skills and sharp attention to detailExcellent Communication skills for negotiation and client discussionsExcellent written and spoken English is non-negotiableBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferredPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation toolsExperience working within a video production or creative agency environmentKnowledge of direct response marketing and conversion funnels
