About the RoleWe are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven Media Buyer to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms while ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and performance optimization.This role is ideal for someone who combines strong advertising expertise with advanced tracking and analytics knowledge and has experience managing campaigns for clients across various industries, particularly within the Saudi market.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic media buying plans aligned with business objectives.Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and X Ads.Allocate and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS.Build audience targeting strategies based on data analysis and customer behavior.Implement and manage tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).Configure and maintain Pixels, Conversion APIs (CAPI), Offline Conversions, and Server-Side Tracking.Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics including CPA, CTR, ROAS, CAC, and Conversion Rate.Evaluate advertising creatives and provide recommendations to design and content teams.Prepare performance reports and actionable insights to improve campaign results.Stay up to date with advertising platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Media Buyer within a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, or technology company.Previous experience working with clients in Saudi Arabia.Proven experience managing campaigns on both Meta Ads and Google Ads.Strong working knowledge of TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and X Ads.Advanced experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).Experience implementing Conversion API (CAPI), Pixels, Offline Conversions, and Server-Side Tracking.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.Preferred QualificationsExperience managing Arabic-language campaigns targeting GCC markets.Experience handling significant monthly advertising budgets.Agency-side experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.What We Are Looking ForData-driven mindset.Strong attention to detail.Ability to make decisions based on performance metrics.Ownership mentality and accountability for campaign results.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.If you are passionate about performance marketing, tracking, analytics, and scaling successful advertising campaigns, we would love to hear from you.
