Job SummaryThe Executive works as part of the Media Team in a general operations role which traverses both the planning and buying disciplines for client accounts and has primary responsibility for the day-to-day media administrative functions.Product, Planning, and PitchingTo learn the basics of media planning & buying in addition to using basic tools & relevant softwareInput media plans schedulesUpdate Client plans on ExcelAmend media schedules under supervision of Media SupervisorUse basic software including (Statex, XPlan, Zplan, TGI, VD, Ipsos, Synthesio, Social Baker, according to each market needs)Software monitoring & media evaluation studies (Readership, print, radio, digital, social media, listenership)Preparing the monthly competitive reports for the clientsMaintain records - client data, media opportunities presented, rate cards, TV gridsMonitor & prepare material specification lists for productionMonitoring & ensuring booking instructions are dispatched Daily monitoring and reporting of advertising in different mediaMonitor & prepare Material for dispatchBe proficient at Excel and PowerPointAble to use basic formulas in ExcelAble to add features and designs to ppt presentationsAssist in basic print, outdoor, radio planPerform other operational and coordination elements that the team requireCheck all schedules prepared by the Operations teamContribute to innovation idea generationProactive media monitoring including store visitsAssist in new big pitches of the agencyMedia support across all media including digital and basic understanding of digital platformsQualifications and Education RequirementsUniversity degree in business, economics, or a related fieldOne year of media experience preferably (fresh graduates are also welcomed)Must be well organized and have strong quantitative/analytical skillsAble to build relationship internally and externallyAbility to manage multi-task well in a fast-paced environment and a team player.Must be numerate and have strong attention to detailPassionate about building a career in media & advertising fieldFluent written and spoken English is a mustProficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
