Medical Advisors will provide scientific and clinical guidance to internal teams supporting healthcare and related CX projects, ensuring medical accuracy in customer interactions, documentation, and digital content. They will collaborate with operations, product, and client-facing teams to translate complex medical information into clear, compliant messaging and support the design of medically sound workflows. Daily responsibilities include reviewing and validating medical materials, contributing to training programs, staying current with relevant clinical guidelines and regulations, and supporting market access-related initiatives where applicable. Medical Advisors will also participate in cross-functional meetings, provide insights on patient and provider needs, and help align CX solutions with industry standards and ethical practices.Qualificationsmust have prior experience in the saudi marketStrong background in clinical Medicine with the ability to interpret and communicate medical information accurately.Experience in Medical Affairs, including scientific communication, stakeholder collaboration, and compliance with healthcare regulations.Proficiency in Medical Education, such as developing and delivering training materials for internal teams or external stakeholders.Ability to conduct and interpret Research, including reviewing scientific literature and integrating evidence into practice.Understanding of Market Access concepts, including health economics, reimbursement considerations, and payer perspectives.Relevant medical degree (e.g., MD, PharmD, or equivalent) and prior experience in a medical advisory or similar role within healthcare or life sciences.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to ethical standards.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.Familiarity with digital health, AI-driven solutions, or CX/BPO environments is a plus.
