Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Billing Specialist, located in Sheikh Zayed City. The Medical Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing insurance claims, verifying patient insurance coverage, processing billing information, and ensuring timely submission of claims. Additional daily responsibilities include resolving billing discrepancies, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with insurance companies, patients, and other stakeholders to address any issues related to billing. QualificationsProficiency in Medical Billing, Claim Submission, and Payment Posting processesStrong knowledge of insurance policies, verification procedures, and coding standards such as CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCSAttention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and documentationEffective problem-solving and dispute resolution skills, particularly related to billing discrepanciesExcellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with patients and insurance payersExperience with medical billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferredAbility to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and independently within deadlinesAn associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, accounting, or a related field is preferred but not required
