Medical Contracts Specialist - Laboratory

Job DescriptionThe Contracts Specialist is responsible for managing and developing partnerships and contracts with companies, clinics, hospitals, and insurance providers to increase the laboratory’s referral network and business opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new contracting opportunities with companies, clinics, hospitals, and medical centers.Prepare, review, and manage contracts with external partners.Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.Maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinics, and corporate clients.Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with agreed terms.Coordinate with internal departments (reception, finance, operations) to ensure proper implementation of contracts.Track referrals and business generated through contracted partners.Prepare regular reports on contracts, partnerships, and business performance.Follow up on contract renewals and ensure timely updates.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in contracting, business development, or partnerships, preferably in the healthcare or medical laboratory sector. Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.Good analytical and reporting skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Location : East Cairo
