- Identify, approach, and onboard hospitals and healthcare providers for insurance partnerships.
- Promote and sell medical/health insurance plans to hospitals and their patient base.
- Maintain and grow relationships with hospital administrators, doctors, and partners.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct presentations, awareness sessions, and product training for hospital staff.
- Manage onboarding documentation and ensure smooth coordination between hospitals and internal teams.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide timely sales reports and performance updates to management.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in medical insurance, health insurance, or hospital sales.
- Strong knowledge of medical insurance products and hospital operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong customer-service mindset and professional presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
