UltraMed is committed to building long-term partnerships based on trust, expertise, and the shared goal of helping clients achieve their health and beauty objectives.Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Medical Representative role based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home. The Medical Representative will promote UltraMed’s aesthetic and medical devices to healthcare and aesthetic clinics, providing product information, demonstrations, and clinical support. Daily tasks include visiting clients, conducting presentations, following up on inquiries, managing sales pipelines, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams on product training, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities. The Medical Representative will be expected to build strong, long-term relationships with medical professionals and contribute to achieving regional sales targets.Qualifications 2 to 3 years experience in direct sales (Injectables is preferred)Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, with experience in promoting medical or aesthetic devices and achieving sales targets.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation abilities and effective negotiation with healthcare professionals.Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on building relationships, resolving issues, and supporting clients before and after sales.Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine or related disciplines to understand clinical applications and address technical questions.Candidates should possess background or education in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering or a related healthcare field, enabling informed discussions about product safety and efficacy.Additional beneficial qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a medical, pharmaceutical, or scientific field; proficiency in English and Arabic; strong organizational and time-management skills; and familiarity with CRM software and basic MS Office tools.
