We're looking for a driven Sales Representative to grow our network of partner clinics.About the RoleThis is a field-based role. You'll visit dental and orthodontic clinics to introduce doctors to Aligna, bring new doctors and clinics on board as partners, and build lasting relationships that drive recurring business. You'll own your sales targets and help shape the plan to grow them.ResponsibilitiesVisit dental and orthodontic clinics to present Aligna's products and value.Identify and recruit new doctors and clinics to partner with Aligna.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Contribute to building and refining the sales growth plan.Report on visits, pipeline, and market feedback. 3–7 years of sales experience, ideally in medical or dental.Proven background in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Excellent English.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated and target-driven, comfortable working independently in the field.Willing to travel to clinics regularly.Background or interest in the dental/healthcare field is a plus.
