This role involves promoting hospital services and medical offerings to physicians, clinics, corporate clients, and other healthcare partners, ensuring alignment with the hospital’s standards and clinical capabilities. The specialist will conduct regular visits to key accounts, present service portfolios, follow up on inquiries, and build long-term, trust-based relationships. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, preparing sales reports, and supporting marketing initiatives that drive patient referrals and service utilization. The role also requires handling customer feedback, maintaining accurate records in CRM or similar systems, and contributing to sales targets and overall hospital growth.QualificationsDemonstrated proficiency in Medical Sales and Hospital Sales within healthcare or related industries.Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders professionally.Foundational knowledge of Medicine or medical terminology to understand hospital services and discuss them accurately.Experience in account management, business development, or healthcare marketing is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage a field-based schedule, and meet defined sales targets.Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, with strong reporting and organizational abilities.Commitment to ethical conduct, patient-centered values, and collaborative teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment.
