Medical Salesman

Overview:As a Salesman, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical research services to healthcare professionals and institutions remotely.Responsibilities:Recruit and gather participants for research groups and studies.Promote research programs and explain participation benefits to potential participants.Guide participants through the registration and onboarding process.Maintain regular follow-up with participants to ensure engagement and attendance.Follow up on payments, confirmations, and required documentation from participants.Build and manage participant groups through direct outreach and networking.Identify and implement strategies to attract more participants to join research groups.Maintain accurate records of participant contacts, payments, and participation status.Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth organization of research sessions.Provide feedback on participant behavior, recruitment effectiveness, and market interest.
